Wal-mart is advertising back-to-school items already so perhaps it makes sense to start thinking about a Fall meet all too early.

It's time for something entirely different and I'd like your help coming up with ideas, locations, activities, times, days, whatever it is.

I will be adding polls to help form some of the basics and see if that can help drive some of the basic elements of the meet.

my car life is shit this year so i have nothing else going for me other than to be all-in on this meet.

I voted early September or late october.

Early september is still warm enough that a cruise element can be a lot of fun, and also doesn't interfere with Justin's Door County Rally which is like Sept. 22 or so, and also won't interfere with Oktoberfast Road america track day at end of that month.

Otherwise october late for leaves and shit.

I suck at attending WIBimmers meets. I went to the E30 picnic once but was really hungover.

I'd like to attend this meet without a hangover, in a properly running 135i.

Spence should show up and take epic photos. We need epic photos.

Edit: we posted at the same time. that means it has to happen

For sure. I also bought a DJI Mavic Pro (drone) the other day. Could take an awesome group shot.

            Here's a test video I tried yesterday. 4K quality.

Im a big fan of cruises, it allows us to explore roads we may not have known about! Plus driving fun is a good portion of the reason I/we own bimmers.

Also, I meant to click the box that says I would drive to canadia for a meet if I had to, but I missed.

I had a blast at last years october cruise. The roads were amazing and the scenery was great. I'd rather not have to drive 4 hours there and back again but I'll almost certainly make it. Maybe even in a new car this year...

Middle of October is good for the colors, but I also could see earlier for slightly warmer weather.

I'm with Joe, I'd pretty much drive anywhere in the state for a fall drive.

How about a meet/cruise based around the Devil's lake area?

On second thought, why don't I get my car running first before thinking about this stuff...  <<

Devil's lake group pics would be awesome, especially rolling pics along S lake road with the cliffs.

This meet will definitely be my motivation to get my Weds / euro grilles / new bumper / valance lip slammed on

I've also always wanted to do the cruise out Hwy 60 along the Wisconsin river out to Wyalusing state park which is just as cool as devils lake imo.

NFZ Midwest is October 7-8, so I'll be gone that weekend. Otherwise I should be able to attend.
