I like the s54 swap and I'm interested to see how this turns out visually.  To me this is starting to look more like a Rabbit with e30 headlights than an e30 hatch.  The lines just keep telling my brain it's a Rabbit when I look at it.

I really hope he swaps in the e30 tail lights. Looks like he isn't on a small budget so i'm hoping the end result isn't a hack job, it could be really cool!

I can't imagine him using Rabbit tails on it still. Adding the e30 tails back in would be childs play for him after getting the C pillar grafted to the shell.

He is using E30 tails. He has a picture posted of a brand new set of tail lights with the other lights. I sub'd. It looks like its going to be a good one!

lots of people have talked about this over the years (and photoshopped it) but no one has ever attempted it.

the problem with this is that it put me back on the r3v forums and now I'm looking at classifieds again. Dammit.
