I'm pulling off the "subaru" and "STI" badges, leaving the chrome Impreza badge *maybe* and for sure keeping the big blue emblem in back

I would have debadged and mounted it right away;) drove to.chads to align my panels and barely adjusted my hood. Lol it was nice chatting with him and TJ:P

It's so hard to find the parts youre looking for in your body color. Something about paying to have things painted just feels dirty.

The only reason I pulled the trigger on this combo was the fact that its about $200 cheaper than anywhere else, and the seller actually responds to texts/emails!!!!!!!!!!! That alone was the main selling point lol

Plus, my uncle does supreme body work for a living, so painting it should be no problem whatsoever. Not to mention, I'm tossing around the idea of repainting my entire car this spring; OEM subaru paint is a joke, and I'm seeing some minor surface rust popping up in some places that I do not appreciate.

Do you know how much your unkie would charge to paint an m bumper? possibly my whole front end=P She needs to be purdy.

No idea, he doesn't like side projects (he has an old corvair he's restoring, and an old Willys jeep) keeping him busy right now. I'm gonna sand my car down, remove all trim/etc, then have him come over and lay down some paint for me

Probably gonna go with white for the whole car

I like white subarus!

White and black are the best, IMO. Seems like every STi I see is silver or blue.

My thoughts exactly.. I also like the dark grey STIs like my trunk.

Paint it to match the trunk, I've never seen an earlier wrx in that color. I think it'd look pretty good.

I will be getting into more serious painting this summer. I may be ably to do some work for you silly kids.

I'm tempted to go with a dark grey.. But seeing as how I may end up painting it myself, I might go with whatever color is easiest to hide mistakes on
