random finding: i'm cruising around munich, and there are just bikes parked everywhere. no locks, not even out of sight. can you imagine if people did that here? america sucks.

Look closely and you can see they are locked up. The wheels have locks through them. Also, have you walked around on a campus lately? Looks just like that around all of the dorms.

are you actually suggesting that if people left bikes like that in a big city in the US they wouldnt be stolen? someone would rent a damn uhaul and just away with a whole street of them.

I can expand it to include any wheels that aren't silver or black, doesn't necessarily have to be brightly colored. I didn't expect this one to be harder than the bike rack...

We still never found the bright colored wheels that damn near killed this thread.

Clues include a street sign with a street name and license plate with blue and yellow color bands that will tip off which state its in

that street sign is unreadable. once you know the name of the street it seems obvious, but i tried deciphering to no avail.

anyways, i found it. i wont give it away to make everyone else find it too.
