Did it soak into the leather really well and darken it back up?

It isn't magic obviously, but my seats are much softer than they were when I got the car, and the spots where the shiny black coating is worn were penetrated the best, scuffs and light spots do darken from it.  Since it will be a while before you use the wheel you could use a bunch of mink oil for boots too.  That wouldn't be good to use if you had to drive the car right away as it is greasy, but you could let it soak in for a week and then wipe off the excess.  That should also moisten and darken the scuffs.

Last night I decided to swap my rear bench fabric. There are so many hog rings that this took forever.

        CAM01084zpssq4j6wnb.jpg

My old fabric was sticky underneath and just looked gross. The foam and frame was luckily nice and clean.

        CAM01086zps9seurw4p.jpg

I think this took me 4 hours or so to do. I was half watching Netflix and eating supper for part of it too.

        CAM01090zpsiqn8ktzr.jpg

Now I just need the rest of the seats to arrive and I will be able to disassemble my passenger seat and put the "new" seat together. I also need to source someone to repair my drivers thigh bolster for a reasonable price.

That is exciting, big steps in the process.  Good luck finding a nice spot.

I just ordered a small upper hatch spoiler to see how it'll look on the car. If I don't like it I will still have it painted with the car and I can then sell it for cost without losing much money=)

Should look sweet imo. I always liked the look of hatch spoilers.

I really like the AC Schnitzer hatch spoiler but it is too large for Kitty to ship to me=/ The one I ordered is much smaller but it should fit in with the rest of the car once it is color matched. We will see once it gets here=)

I also got my second to last box of interior from Germany yesterday

                          Nothing too new here.

I just finished moving everything out of the current shop in preparation to move into the next spot once my car comes back. Right now everything is stuffed in my basement storage unit for my apartment=P

Other than that my door cards arrived yesterday and I have been fiddling with the front seats. I got the passenger side disassembled, cleaned up, and reassembled with the Looping II pieces. I just need to get the plastic seat base pins and to remove the surface rust and repaint by the bolt holes on the rails. I am taking the drivers seat parts to an upholstery shop to see how much they will charge to replace the fabric on the outer bolsters since it is wore.

My upper hatch spoiler has also arrived. I am waiting to hear word from the bodyshop so that I can go and test fit it. As far as I have heard, they haven't started on the car yet because they are trying to get their current work out of the way. I was told they were supposed to start at the end of last week but I am hoping it gets in at the end of this week or sometime next week.

I just dropped my seat pieces off at the upholstery shop. The guy said he will get me a quote by mid afternoon tomorrow=)

I also called the body shop and my car should be getting started mid next week

Pending paint any posibility this could be drivin to the October meet? Besides final body assembly just gotta shove in the motor and interior right? Soinds simple but your list of to do's has gotta be dwindling by this point :P
