Well.....I was doubting I'd be able to go to this, but there was hope!  I won't feel overly bad though....I'll be sitting on the beach in Cabo.

Was hoping to bring the Raptor on the ice and drag you guys around a bit, haha.

excited. I'm getting my snow tires today but I'm getting wife aggro about the lake because of that 40 yr old and his son who died last weekend going through the ice. 

My 1er will make an appearance but I probably will just be spectating with my kids and wife. Feel free to bring tomatoes and/or pies to throw at her for her tomfoolery of not letting me drift.

I'm all jazzed up.  I'll be doing a trans flush and filter change this coming weekend.  Also checking other fluids as well.  I also might make a temporary straight pipe so you can really hear the 540, because last year I was running a 325 that was dumping at the cats.  It wasn't quiet.

I also want to fab up a poorly made rally light setup with lights from Walmart.  Really make my E39 look like a rally car.  Probably wont though.

This is the FOURTH ETA motor. I got it from Rowley's ETA's leftover from a motor swap. This thing is now an ETAnimal!

So they're racing today which is good news.  And its supposed to get cold which is good news.  The snow is the bad news, because it acts like an insulator and doesn't allow ice to be made.

I'm getting updates daily, so I will keep you guys posted.
