I see some BMWs have signed up...anyone here?

I will be driving this time. Y'all can come catch a ride if you want...SCCA has extra helmets if you need one.

Red E46 M3 with "593" on the rear windows...can't miss it!

Now I'm jeleous...  my car is still recovering from the track day.  Good luck out there.  Is it part oval / part infield or?  what time do you all run?

Its 7/8 of the oval with an infield section. Its actually pretty fun!

The track goes hot at 3pm and runs until, I think, 8pm.

What's the top speed and avg there. I'd imagine you can get going pretty quick on the oval. How many runs do you expect?

That looks like a lot of fun.  If my car was up for it, I would have meet you there.  I like that you get a road feel rather than all cones in an empty parking lot.  Plus, getting to 130 is very nice.  Seems like some decently smooth driving on your part.  You'll have to let me know when they're doing another one like that.  I should be getting my car wrapped up and track ready shortly.  How many cars were there?

Next one is Aug 21st. This past one had 44 cars but a lot of them had left by the 3rd session. The one thing I will say is fuel and water is a PIA. You need to bring your own water, there really are no concessions or even vending machines around. While there are gas stations nearby you don't have a lot of time between sessions to get fuel.

Here's a full length session. Great to watch if you can't sleep at night...you'll be out by the 5th minute!
