      looks really good!

      someone said:

Took a few pics, replaced my rear strut mounts with e46 vert mounts, and removed the springs pads and spring adjusters in the rear after I took pics. It doesn't look low but she is only about 3" from the ground to the bumper.

thanks guys! no, they are not refinished yet and definitely need it when I get the chance. i plan on putting on some other Alpina goodies to finish the theme: mtech 1 rear spoiler, alpina b6 front spoiler, and steering wheel badge. i wont do the side graphics, but probably the appropriate ones for the front spoiler

If its decent out after work tomorrow, I will be starting the A/C delete. First to go, compressor. Dont worry, its not going to be a hack job, everything with be properly capped, not cut.

Didnt get to the A/C delete today, but I did clean up some of my extra parts (thanks Ben!) and prepped them for powder. Woot. I would post pics but my dad ran over the digital camera with his truck. Shucks.

I tried to open up my US spec headlights to clean out some broken glass (no clue how it got in there) and toi reseal them because they were getting condensation inside. I was using a heat gun and everything was coming apart great, and then I broke a piece of the plastic well that the lens sits in. I then proceeded to get frustrated and broke more and more plastic off. Then I threw some black RTV around the outside of the lens to keep it from getting condensation inside, and went inside and proceeded to order a set of DJ Auto Glass headlamps. Now I am anxiously awaiting for those to arrive and don't know why I didn't order them in the first place.

Just got done installing OEM xenon headlight assemblies in my wagon. Couldn't beat the price either, just had to swap with the car they came from. Perks of working in the car business

Swapped out my hood, trunk, steering wheel, wheel cap emblems for carbon fiber ones. I also replaced my 325i on the trunk with gloss black lettering instead of chrome.......I hate chrome.
