Looking for a shop mate "mancaveactivist" to lower my rent!

I have a large shop in the Madison area that I am willing to rent out a spot to work, wrench, store your car in.

As you might know I have a large shop in the Madison area but do not have the time to use it to its full potential. I am looking for a clean friendly shop mate that would like to wrench on his car in a large heated/air conditioned space. This is a 2800 sq ft space that is currently divided by two people. 

Feel free to ask me questions on here, or Pm me for details.

Rent would depend on the amount of cars you would want to store, but I bet its a lot cheaper and cleaner than most shops this size.
