So this morning I randomly all of a sudden could not turn off my heat or blower on the climate control?

I turned the car off and back on also but it would not respond to any buttons on the climate control? Never has happened before and the display is working fine I just cannot turn down the blower or change the temp?

Please let me know asap ( atleast it got stuck with heat on in the cold weather we are having)

Have you tried "Resetting" the entire car? just disconnect the positive battery terminal for around 10 minutes?

Really the only thing I can think of.

This. Or check your fuses. past that, you may have a bad resistor. or a bad switch

Do you have the auto climate control or the manual?

Try pulling out the unit and clean it out with canned air.  I have had that work before otherwise you typically need a new unit.

Find a buddy (like me) with a working unit from an E39 and swap it and see what happens.
