E46 328i to 330i intake manifold swap

So I've been doing some searching on the interwebs and guys that have done this say that there is a noticeable bump in power when doing this swap but not seeing dyno numbers you guys think this would be a worthwhile swap? Or has anyone on here done this swap???

It is the same concept as the m50/m52 swap. The m54 intake wil bolt directly on the e46 m52tu. I'm not sure what the gains are but it is highly recommended that you get a tune after. Shark injector, active autowerk, etc.
