E46 cold idle surge/stall???

Ok my e46 has had an idle surge ever since this cold snap has set in and this morning it stalled while it was supposed to be getting warm while I got ready for work this morning... Anyone know what to check? I'm thinking icv is the pain in the ass and the vamps were replaced recently so don't pull that shitty explanation on me...

Maybe ICV but could also be a temp sensor giving an incorrect signal to ecu. Can't hurt to clean ICV. Any CEL?

I have had this problem for quite a while with my 528i, it's just a big pain but not worth paying for an ICV mine is intermittent though as it didn't do it this morning -8..

No mil lamp on, I think it's just a dirty icv... I hope at least
