Ice Autocross

I know it's a little early but ice racing is cool.
Although I have never done it, a friend of mine does it every year with the Fox Valley Sports Car Club. I have watched it and it looks like fun. It is something I would like to try this year. All you need is a good set of snow tires on all four corners. Some of the guys at the FVSCC bring a set of studded tires that race in a different class.

It is also a great source to learn car control.

I haven't done any racing, but I had a lot of very high speed fun on Winnebago last year in the WRX. Once it starts getting a bit warmer there aren't as many vehicles out there and miles of ice roads to mess around on, so you can go pretty much as fast as you dare with minimal chance of getting hurt badly

I have done things that should never be done on winnebago....
e30's should not be doing 105 across the ice. I honestly can say that was one of the more stupid things I have done.
But I would go out and there would be awesome courses plowed onto the ice, and the 318 with snow tires was a blast around the courses.
