Hey guys, for those not in the loop on E36s, the whole HVAC system sucks. The climate control units fail, the motors always burn out, the FSU goes out, the resistor pack goes out, and mine even had no freon. Well I had to fill the freon, then I had a super noisey blower that only worked on high. so I followed this DIY http://www.dvatp.com/bmw/diy/hvac_blower/ it was pretty good but the guy litterly takes everying out. I "got lucky" and a bunch of rust made it so that I could just pull the motor out about half way through the DIY. I share with you the photos and a word of caution: wash yo rides!
I also took apart a seat belt and broke it enough to make it work. yourwelcome.

Thanks! those are the winter wheels! brand new rubber, son! and i wish I could find some sweet chrome OEM caps. those ones are a little beat up but they do the job.
