Im surprised it doesn't happen on every listing. it seems like everything on there sells for $3k more than what it should be.

Not a BMW but another BaT car that had the high bidder bail.  It's interesting to read his comments about the lack of support from Bat.

I'd think a simple deposit system would help a ton for flakey buyers. Especially if it's non refundable if the car is as described.
