just add a winch and some ramps
Why do that thought when you can get an enclosed version for less money and in black!

Your find is better than mine in every way, I tip my sombrero to you good sir!
Yours is sporting freshly painted wheels. So its got that going for it!

You are sitting directly over the front wheels/suspension. You feel EVERYTHING. They have their pros, easy to work on, great turning radius...they just ride like shit. The number of times I have had the front end of a cab over completely off the ground is ridiculous. I sure as hell wouldn't trust a race car to be hauled on/in one

Is that a Baur?
Looks like it, in the second pic you can see the lack of a normal c pillar and the cover for the top. If it could be de-riced, that’d be a cool little car, still has intact euro bumpers and valance from what the pics show. Idk about his price though, seems really high for the condition.

I think it only has the big chromies for rice. The squares are actually desirable and sorta fit in on a weird car like the Baur. Having only 80k on the clock I can see that being a good price if the paint is nice and the fact it is a Baur should make it worth more than your average e30.

That's a fair price. I contacted the owner and asked for more pics and info. It was repainted a few years ago and is in good shape. Down fall is the side skirts are molded into the body, and all of the trim was painted over (including the grills) when its was resprayed.

I'm interested to see how high this one goes. Not bad right now at 30k, but it's still got 20 hours to go. I wouldn't think that it'd be too hard to get it back to the states considering it was registered here at one point, but what do I know. Looks clean though (as it should be w/ only 53k miles), I can't see much of anything other than the seats that isn't really good.

Glad the prices came back down to reasonable levels on these! That's a decent driver/project base
