Seems really cheap for a good condition E46 M3 with 6MT...

The clear coat is peeling in some spots and the bottom of the front bumper is really scraped up.  And the wheels have some rashes on them.  But other than that, it doesn't look too bad.

I will take that over rusty suspension components and body panels any day. That antenna on the dash though

Nice catch, I figured it was the e34 corner light just laying down
