I call odometer shenanigans on the 10k actual miles, but im sure its still very low miles. It is very clean and would make a nice classic Bavarian cruiser once it is stripped of its undeserved M badging

yeah, you can't wear holes in cloth BMW seats with any less than 100k miles.

There are piles of rust in the shape of a 2002 that cost more than this

Repair any rust on structural members, try to stop/slow rust on the bodywork. Swap in an M42 or other more modern DOHC. 4cyl and then drive it while you finish up other mechanicals and cosmetics
