    Removing trunk tar from the e30. Seems like the two options are heat gun or dry ice. Any place local (Milwaukee / New Berlin) to find dry ice?

      Some grocery stores carry it. I would try Sendiks. Have you tried removing any of it yet? I was able to remove all of mine with no heat/cold. 90% of it came up in <2 minutes with just a flat screwdriver. I had 1 stubborn corner that took about 20 to get cleaned up,

        heat gun? That'd just make a mess I would think. Dry ice+ rubber mallet= fun stuff.

          Thanks guys. Mallet, hammer and scraper was all it took. 45 pounds of tar.

            That stuff is really somethin, I cant believe how dense it is.  glad you got it up without getting on any FBI watchlists "I swear, im using the dry ice to remove weight from my car!"
