With no resonator, its going to sound real raspy. Personally, I'd keep them on.

very good point x pipe will help a little.

the resonator is only to quiet it down some and they tend to make the exhaust sound a bit nicer.

For some reason I like the rasp.

              deeper? no

              louder? yes

              raspier? yes

you need bigger diameter pipes/pipe for a deeper sound

Or about 18 inches of a nice flow through resonator. They add a very nice deep sound.

That's perfect for me then as my exhaust right now is deep. I just need it louder and raspy idk why I like the rasp

You will get a drone / resonance at certain RPM that can drive you crazy ... you may want to consider keeping it on there.

It will sound like a Honda if that is the sound you are trying to achieve.

Did you like the way my car sounded yesterday?

Mine has a stock exhaust with the rear muffler cut.

Will do. I'll put them on sometime in the next week.

Then when I get Racelands, this thing is getting slammed.

Remember you have to cut bumps stops up front on racelands to get low.
