Second time now, I have seen a black E36 coupe with white numbers in the corner of his windshield (I know how generic) driving near cottage grove right outside of Madison on the east side. Its lowered, loud, and he drives it like a track car. Anyone on here?

Haha. It was actually a woman in her 30s I think. Couldn't get a good look without being a total creep. The camera always takes the creepiness to the next level.
