I've saw that a couple times around bay shore, there is also a super clean red e30 m3 that cruises around there.
That e30 is David's. He works for Briggs and Stratton small engine division and go kart races all over the country. He also has 2-3 classic motor cycles in his actual house.

When I was an intern at Briggs a few years ago I met David and we talked about his M3, it sounds like its a really nice car, cool guy too. He also has a bunch of micro cars like a Berkeley and I believe he mentioned an Isetta (or that he wanted one, not sure).
