I am fairly certain you can't use the epb while the car is in motion on the c6/c7.
Still don't understand why he would use the parking brake at all. Not like he didn't have any time to weigh out his options haha.

I'm sure the offsets are just super low. I'll be running 15x9 with offset of -15 (yes, negative) to fill out my group 2 flares.
