They are sites that embed from a third party website - you shouldnt have to torrent or download anything (if all your plug-ins and flash players are up to date)

Most sites just have the pop ups to close and then its ad free while watching. Its a trade off, take the time to download it and get the quality vs. just watch it now. I could probably torrent stuff all day while I'm at work but I don't feel like putting in the effort.
