well it has finally set in that my 335 is gone and the 528 is just not doing it for me. Now to decide on a "project car" or a new daily that is a little more fun

Spoiler alert: nothing ever fully itches the scratch. The N54/N55 torque delivery can ruin your expectations for anything that isnt a V8/turbo 6.  I say LS swap an E36.

I would like to respectfully disagree and say that torque is overrated.  S65 FTW.

I have been looking at a 340 but I would love to find a manual one which doesnt seem like it will be easy. I hate to say it but a golf r is seeming like a good idea.... and an e46 project

S65 is the exception. S85 not so much in my book because there isn't much in the mid range.

Kinda related, FB memory from driving the first F10 M5 Concours got in. Fun part and what I'll never understand is the M5 didn't have a valet mode on like the E92 335is did. Sure was fun experiencng 500ft/lbs of torque right out of the gate 😎

I love the F10 M5. I wish that engine was more reliable or at least less expensive to repair.

Manual F10 M5 would be a great daily driver.  So rare though.

I can't remember even driving one. I know I drove a customer's manual 550i and sold 2 535i M-Sports but that was it. Would be curious on the production numbers. The media made a huge deal about the manual F10 M5 when it came out.

M Registry says 577 manuals were made.  After driving an f10 non-M I don't know that I'd want one in an f10 M5 in a manual. It's such a big car that I don't know I'd enjoy it.

Between $40-$60 at Ikea depending if on sale or not at the time. I added 4 more shelves using plexiglass and 3d printed clips.
