So, the Ducati is gone... Now I'm picking up my brother's old Jeep Cherokee to be my winter car/DD, and I'm trading the Escape (hopefully) for an R6 track bike or a clean 99 R1. #winning
Ducati would have made a way better track bike, just sayin'

I don't really see the difference, other than hyperlinks on part numbers that don't do much for me.

If you're looking for speedy delivery of parts, don't bother buying anything for an air cooled 911...every time I need something it's at least a week and a half. Annoying.

That's true, but the $1k belt/valve job every 3rd track day would have gotten annoying....

As I have said before, if WIBimmers had a meet the lack of e30's would be impressive due to no one having them done -
So, if I am understanding this, there will not actually be any e30's AT the e30 picnic. This is really more of a yearly gathering of e30 owners to talk about their non-running e30's.
