He's just never won a fight because he just sits there staring at the screen every time the "FINISH HIM" finishing move shows on the screen.

I work for Customer Service.... And fucking hate people.

Day started off like this: Was waiting on some small plastic clips from a fellow engineer at a different plant, he threw them in an envelope and left at front desk for me to come get. Go to get them and some half-pint-dumb-as-nails rent-a-cop is sitting there instead of regular receptionist.

"I'm here to get an envelope addresses to Collin with 6 small white plastic clips"

"Uuhhhhh" (looks around, sees envelope, looks at it and looks inside). "Do you have any ID?"

(I'm wearing a company polo, told you what I needed and where it was - also what was in it..... And you want MY fucking ID?!?). Had to go back to my building and get ID since asshat would t give it to me.

So happy I've got this afternoon off...

With the warm weather we are having, toilet paper, copy paper, and pen theft are on the rise. requiring ID is completely acceptable. Be not rustled.

A Japanese foreign exchange student we once hosted got an absolute kick out of how Americans eat cereal+milk for breakfast (as opposed to rice), Convenience store food was also very interesting to them :D

They are fun to talk to, the english speaking guy has a good sense of humor, he is the sales guy.  The other guy is an engineer and was interested in how I was doing programming for the rest of the production line.  The machine is for pouching bacon bits and they thought bacon bits in a bag was funny.  Something I noticed is the difference in hand gestures that seem standard here, things like motioning to move something a little bit in a certain direction.
