Its just a little beat up.very nice progress. one thing that bothers me is that bracket placement for the hydro rear brakes will be very unfortunate to your knee/leg if you were to wreck. it would be terribly ironic if your samurai themed hydro setup actually sliced your leg open...
I definitely see what you're saying. Keep in mind the blade of the samurai sword is completely removed, but still. I could always put some foam on the brackets too. It wouldn't look as clean but it'd save my knees in the case of me hitting a wall. I will probably do that before bringing it to the track again.
In other news, I contacted the bmw tech, and my motor should be timed sometime this week
I also finished up the lines for the new hydro tonight. I cant wait to test this thing out!

And Brian I'm going to be driving this thing everywhere once it's done! I have a new goal in mind for when I want it done so we will see.

Not saying anything yet! I have a date in mind that I want it to be done by. Id rather not say because I dont want to say it will be done at said date, then blow it and mess something up and have to wait more.

More news. Now that Im back from Texas, I can spend money. Ordered a 24v skid plate off r3v, a TMS underdrive pulley set, and a new coolant reservoir. I got something else too but cant remember right now.

Yeah like Brian said, its like Christmas without that one relative who uses 5lbs of tape to wrap their gifts. And nice! What parts and for which car? I usually stay after work to work on the car every day (my work and the shop are the same thing). Im waiting to hear from Andy when he can come time my motor. Whichever day he can is probably when Ill stay extra late though.
Well I bought the skid plate yesterday and it shipped today. Hopefully the stuff will all come this week.
