This is almost the perfect e34 and reinforces my need for one of these some day!
SC 4.0 should be making right about 400hp. With the 6 speed that'd be a riot of a setup, and the 540i drivetain can certain handle that in a daily capacity.
Sad it has the parchment interior, though. Also needs an LSD and some non puke-inducing ebay wheels.

I agree 100% about the wheels and interior. A black interior and some style 42's, m par's or Styel 5's would really set this car off.

Lol this hurts a bit. When we bought our TI the guy had a white on black e34 540i m sport manual with sport seats and throwing stars...
It was his winter beater.
Looked nice next to his individual style color Cayman S
A legit M sport 6spd? They only made 135... I felt bad about parting my brother's first 540i/6 because of the rarity.

100% Legit. Wish I took a picture. Once my dad saw that he tried to buy it instead of the TI LOL

It has not. But I did take a good look at it yesterday when I stumbled across the ad. There is certainly some "things" going on with it though.
The pictures are over edited which makes it hard to tell if the paint is nice or not. It seems like some panels are darker than others depending on the angle. Having that ZR-s bumper on the front and not the back is also kind of odd to me as well. The other thing that is really stood out is that "cold air intake" that splits into two and looks to run down over the top of the exhaust manifold?
608 is about 5 mins from my girlfriends place, so maybe I will swing by and look at it in person. Overall its a cool car, but IDK if I could spend $15k on it.

Yeah the more I look at it the less sure I am. Love me some 6 series, but not $15k much..

I don't know why the intake would look like that unless it had two turbos. But you would think they would mention that...

I found the last time it was for sale, it is indeed twin turbo. Pretty cool car! It's a shame they did a crappy repaint on the wheels instead of refinishing them properly, it looked better as a whole before in my opinion.

I'm actually interested... Down to one vehicle, always on the hunt for another mistake!

Unless I missed it, did the 608 motorsports ad fail to mention that it was twin turbo? lol

Not a single use of the word "turbo" anywhere on the ad, seems like a fairly important thing to overlook haha
