Honestly I’m not surprised, I don’t think I’ve seen them advertised anywhere online. Their product selection wasn’t as good as competitors and prices weren’t either. The website was behind for so long too as far as a modern online shopping experience which is mainly why I stopped shopping with them years ago. I destroyed 2 csb’s in the 528e before realizing the bearing wasn’t even off-set lol.

Well despite all of that, it still looks like the website works and you cant still buy stuff. Better hurry up and use that giftcard!

BavAuto was the first mail catalog that i remember pouring through, drooling at all the 90s ACS/Hargte/Hamann goodies.  Sad to see, but +1 on their prices never being competitive.

I somewhat disagree.  I've purchased things from Bav after price shopping.  This wasn't super frequent, but it did happen.  Also I remember getting their catalogs because they were really the only distro in town that had a cool print publication.

I liked bavauto strictly for the catalog.  Still sad to see them close the doors after that many years.  I wouldn't be surprised if they come back under private equity in name only.

I wonder how much it would cost to buy a brand like that.

815AM this morning on I41 S near Racine Ave.  A fella in a silver N55 powered 335M Sport slowed down and downshifted next to my lowly e90.  Can't remember the last time someone picked a race with me.  It's been many years.  Always the same result. haha  Even better is that I was dropping the car off to have the oil pan gasket replaced, upgraded twins and inlets installed.  It'll actually be fast next time someone picks on it.

Nope.  Pulled about 1.5 cars in a quick hwy pull.  Car is an xi so it doesn't run big mph. Ran 12.21 @ 112mph last fall

pulling up to @TCD and unknowingly challenging him to a race is like jogging up to Usain Bolt and unknowingly challenging him to a sprint. even if he's unprepared in a tuxedo and dress shoes, it won't end well for you.

Anyone dare to use xdelete yet for their e9x?

I don't have an e90/92 yet but I've heard nothing but good things about the xdelete
