Helmets

Anyone know of any shops that sell full face helmets for track events/autocrossing? Needs to be DOT approved.

Find your size, at a store, then order what you like online.

Make sure you find out if the track requires a fire rating. There are some really nice helmets out there that are not rated and not legal at tracks like Road america.

I'm just trying to get a correct size and fit for my head so I'll be comfortable.

I bought mine from Pegasus. You can save money if you buy online and guess by measuring your head, but I wanted to make sure it fit right. Just make sure it's rated SNELL SA 2010 and you'll be good for any track days/autox/racing.

Update.

Stopped by Pegasus today and picked up a Bell Sport Helmet in white. Thanks for recommending Pegasus! They were very helpful and answered all my questions.
