I would say 1/2 that given it's apparently been dicked with.  Most of it looks to be easily undone unless the whoopee stripes are painted on, but still...

Having had an e30 with a Husco armrest.  I would not pay what people want for them.  They slide back and forth and are not all that comfortable.  Definitely try one before you spend a lot.  Going rate seems to be at least 300 for one in good shape.

 I wouldn’t buy one for myself, I was just suggesting that he probably does not know what it’s worth.
