Can I sell my 135i on BaT?

exactly - you'd be leaving money on the table by doing anything less. People are fucking dumb and will pay extra just because it's BaT which means nothing like it did when they first started listing cars and were way more picky and thorough with vetting stuff. I've seen some ridiculously low-rent pieces of shit for sale on there which just proves how much they are chasing dollars instead of providing a boutique auto selling service.

Right? I remember 10 years ago, BAT has changed a lot....now you can list a 150k+ mile e30 318 with some bolt ons and it will probably soar north of 10k

To be fair, that looks like a really nice 318is, but It's not 'collector quality' and I certainly wouldn't pay 10k for it...

When you see that 200K mi E34 540i/6 got for >$14k. you know people are BAT s$#t crazy.
But, they do get a selection of decently sorted cars and a good group of people to pick apart the turds in the comment section.
re: the 318is. decent E36's are starting to get harder to find. they are out there just not like they used to be.

If you missed the last one, here is another
BaT must mean "Bring an E30"

And it sells for $14.4!!

Holy crap...
The one good thing I just realized is if any of us ever need to negotiate with insurance (hopefully it never happens obviously...), we can use these sales when arguing values

I'm really curious to see what s50 318 brings in now. By many measure it doesn't look to be as well-sorted as the 325. No 5-lug, odd color combo, only a partial repaint, basic steering wheel, nothing special about the suspension, and the list goes on.
I'd be surprised if it went for less than 15k though, if nothing else because the swap looks ok and the only rust appears to have not spread to body panels or frame rails.
Looking back at it now I kinda wish my E30 hadn't been a track car and instead had been a full interior street car. I love E30s but not enough to pay 15-25k for an s50 swap.

the sounds that thing makes!

I appreciate the talent involved in the homemade manifold but when making or changing something there must always be a clear-cut problem to solve, and I do not see what problem is trying to be solved here.
I have a hard time believing this will come close to performing as well as the stock crab. The turbulence and potential for uneven distribution of flow to each cylinder could be disastrous with boost.

i like how the ad says "needs nothing except the new ecu wired in". So basically the car isn't even fucking tuned yet and is even more likely to grenade being completely unproven that it will even fire up correctly.
-
"come to senses that something is horribly wrong and better to walk away before it grenades"
bet

I wanted to get it for 1500$ At that price I would borrow my neighbors trailer and drive 4 hours right now to pick it up.
The lowest he said he would go is 2000$ still not a bad price. Just not enough of a deal for me to drive 8 hrs in total to get. Comes with style 5s. Offer him 1900. I bet you can get it!Here ya go. Grab it
