That was my buddy Jeremiah in the G37 - he's a pretty good driver. Looks like fun was had!

If it's the car I'm thinking of, it was a silver coupe with a gutted interior, half cage, and some very wide/sticky tires that sorta fit under the arches.

@KaiserRolls There's a good gap between you and first place in your class, not a knock on you at all but why was he so much faster?  Tires, ability, etc.?

My list of excuses include, but are not limited to:

1)He’s a better driver than me

2)He’s been doing it for a long time

3)This was my second time ever driving the evo

                            4)We were on spent 225s

5)We rubbed hard enough to destroy two tires

6)Car was knocked out of alignment

7)I can’t launch the evo as I will break it

                            See excuse #1 lol

He also ran overall fastest raw time, he is very good & takes first in asp pretty much every time he runs.

It took me all morning to figure out a 3500lb awd sedan. I have a lot to learn.

Not sure what tire he was on

Attached is pictorial evidence of how messed up the alignment was after the first run.

                            Any further questions counsel ?

@KaiserRolls how did you knock all that stuff out of alignment? Just not having the adjustments tightened down enough?

Assuming the alignment shop didn’t snug up the top camber plate well enough after the alignment last Thursday. Not sure. They re did it for free though after we mentioned it was all jacked around

In the last few seconds there is an aerial shot of the grid, you can see me in a red jacket most likely fixing my power steering haha
