Update:
texted and asked "why did you park next to the SRT tho"
response: "Because it was a good picture to take and I like the SRT. I'm a huge car guy. Fixing up cars is what keeps me going. I go to car meets every week in the summer too."I am the only one that doesn't understand this? Why go to different local places with the same people that bolted on a set of coilovers and wheels and then plasters crooked "Built not Bought" stickers everywhere.

Car shows are "meh"
I usually go to see old friends
I'd rather drive twice the distance to go to an autox or something like that.
Or a fall meet. Be there for 5 mins. Then break an axle. 10/10 would do again before going to a vape contest

price seems..um... a little high...
Yeah it does, but it seems like he has all the high quality goodies in that google link he has. Its a shame hes never going to see that much money selling it.

That is a clean AF mailbox, I must agree with him.

I wonder how much of the 764whp is because of the nitrous. That much power in a 335i that looks completely stock is pretty awesome though

I've read that the auto isn't long for this world once you exceed 500whp. The ad seems like a legit build. @YoungCR did we see this car at C&C Lake Mills with Huy and some other Madison cars?

If I saw then engine bay I'd probably recognize it but yeah I think so

Do the awd cars have the same auto transmission? Chris Welter was WAY beyond 500whp with his stock trans and awd and never broke anything in the drivetrain. Depends on driving habits a lot though I suppose.

Ask him if he vapes
Fucking ads that have instagram pics are one thing....usually the person was trying to take a decent pic and put a shit filter on it.
But using Snapchat screenshots for an ad is pure fucking laziness on an entirely new level
Not to mention what they caption it usually clues you in on how big of a flat billed fuckstick they are
"Ayyyyy why da car do it doe"
"Look at da bay doe"
There's nothing remotely funny about a picture of your dimly lit engine bay
flat billed fuckstick lolololol im dead

pretty much this. It's a highly unfortunate circumstance of "the car scene'. Travel for a couple bigger car shows is one thing, but this is why I typically only frequent Cars and Coffee in Lake Mills - it's an excuse to force myself to take time out to meet up with friends particularly in the BMW community who I don't otherwise get a chance to see because running 2 businesses and having kids takes a lot of time. It's also why I gave up on major car build projects - the time I do have to devote to cars is time I want to just spend with like-minded enthusiasts. I can't see myself going around to other random gatherings with chumps who don't know any better, or much at all about cars for that matter.
I've heard nothing but bad things about all the other local "car shows" or "cars and coffee" meetups where it's literally just a bunch of Built not Bought kids who think building something means slapping WCEC stickers on when they get a set of $300 coilovers with cut springs and spray painted wheels.

The weekly "Brew City Cruise Night" car shows in Mequon are actually pretty good as far as knowledgeable car people and quality cars to check out. A few years ago there wasn't any of the wcec crap... there is now but thankfully it isn't overrunning the show, maybe 30% of the cars tops.

that is true, I remember going to a BCC event and it was pretty legit - the riff-raff who did show up, ended up getting shuffled off to the side where they couldn't cause any harm. They run a relatively tight ship. I unfortunately missed the BMW day in 2016 but I will probably go this year.
