I registered my e30 as a collector because I have no intentions of running flares or body modifications beyond OEM options. I read through the rules and I didn't see anything restricting engine/exhaust modifications so hopefully that won't be a problem for me...

No, I am too. I am getting a hobbyist plate, and then leaving it in the sun to fade to the exact same shade of green as my car.....

There is no minimum, but good luck getting anything with less than 3 characters.
