Buy a sheet of ABS plastic and create it, buy a factory radio blank and drill holes, or get a hold of the guy who makes them on Bimmerforums=)

I will be making a vent delete panel for my dash like the one below. I will just be using sheet metal like TJ mentioned.

I had made one for my center vents, then sold it with some stuff. I then needed one again, and I bought one of the laser cut ones. My suggestions is to make one. I am constantly annoyed by the one I bought, it sucks compared to what I made lol.
