Sorry I didn't get the chance to ride shotgun with you.Saturday and Sunday turned out to be great weather-wise. Sun and cool makes for a happy car and driver. Dry track up until the last sessions for a few groups on Sunday afternoon. By then though I had packed up and was on the road. Still didn't cord the old RA-1s even with the six sessions/three hours of track time on Friday, and the seven sessions on Saturday/Sunday.
My student though had a rough time with his 335i. We probably got only 6-7 laps in total on Saturday across the first three sessions due to the dreaded turbo/wastegate issues. Less than two laps in and it was CEL and limp modes regardless of the tune. He packed it up and headed home later that afternoon. Rough for his first time at RA.
