EAG can suck a dick.  They're the worst price gougers on the market right now.  They'll sell e91's for $35k and up!  Basing fair market value off of their prices is like judging your attractiveness off of the nice things that a stripper says about you.

I've always thought that an E36 would be a great daily/winter car. Too bad they are unattainable now for a decent price.

seems to be a theme among e30s/e34s/e36s these days.

That's a great deal for $1500, well maintained, owner history and detail, etc. One little quirk: Brakes replaced at 170k and odo has 167k...maybe a typo of 176k?

Most of the stock ti that have popped up lately in the area have been automatics, or a few MTs that were beat up and rusted out. Should go quick.

Yikes, watching. Guy also has a 90 M3, 91 M5, complete e30 s38 swap, and an 01 Impreza at similarly astronomical prices.

He claims to be a collector so that explains the prices. It also leads me to believe that these cars are probably absolutely immaculate or he wouldn't have wasted his time to acquire them.

'collector' probably describes him right since he doesn't understand car modding and the value of non-collector cars. in his ebay ad he says he split the s38 and e30 since he didn't feel he "get his money back."  that alone tells so much about him.
