Any one used nanotechnology on there vehicles before. I have been detailing cars and paint correction for years. I'm looking at doing this to my cars and wondering if run away from the idea or is it actually as good as it seems.

I have red oxide forming from a redox reaction of iron and oxygen in the presence of moist air on my car. Other than that, nope.

'nanotechnology'? that's like asking if anyone has used 'science' on their car.  such a broad term - what on earth are you talking about?

if you say you heard this in a commercial on tv, you will be ban hammered.

I can promise you not on a commercial haha... I'm always looking for new ways to keep my black looking clean longer than a drive around the block. This product has been tested in aircrafts, also is used to repel from carpets, and now is designed as a sealant on cars that's suppose to protect clear coat and repel dust. I got a sample pack from a company here in WI. I hope to apply it before storage and see if it actually lives up to the reputation

It's the type of product, the brand I'm using is tough guard. Earl, I think there is a difference but I think that's cuz there is a  mixture of research for the both of them

Hard to find a big enough oven around where they will let you in for a run that short.

Yes, it is a mixture. You need to acquire the Tough Guard canister (available at Wal Mart) then fill it with the synthetic lubricant (check ambient application temperature for correct lubricant). Once full, you scrub it on the paint like you are using a buffing pad/sanding pad using circular motions.

Slapping stickers on a Scion TC and calling it a "build" is a WCEC thing.

Going to Automotion in your Cobalt is a WCEC thing.

Nanotechnology is most definitely a WIBIMMERS thing
