The car was priced ok for what it was. It did have an unpainted fender on the passenger side and a rusty tailgate (new one was included). I think we'll be seeing the touring prices start to come down even further now that they are becoming more common in the states. The 320i was an m20 car.

too bad its RHD and auto and a 4 banger. really not a lot of value there beyond that its a touring. priced appropriately, IMHO.
You and your 3.0 6 banger keep quiet!!!

Some forged BBS's for cheap, pictures don't show how bad the corrosion is but I've never heard of an aluminum wheel being so bad you can't run it
-
you guys are right, i stand corrected. not a 4 banger.
Plus being RHD raises the price for the average euro kid instead of hurting it
probably, then they end up selling it because they didnt even realize the extra cost/pain in the ass of maintaining/modifying RHD e30s.

Pretty neat. Not sure if it's a good deal or not, but great color combo, and not a Kayak. I briefly considered it, but don't need another vehicle I will modify to the point of absurdity.

Didn't realize Badger Bimmers had some separate classifieds from Roundel. That Z3 M coupe looks sweet.

Weird how there is no price or contact info on the 335d
They were asking $22,900, but it has since sold.

Worth it for parts?

Worth it for parts?
I'm actually grabbing some cash tomorrow morning and gonna try to pick that up...
-
I'll post back with results tomorrow. Just hope nobody buys it out from under me! I've been on the hunt for a worthwhile new project for a few months...
-
I hope the body isn't rusted out!

Saw that yesterday morning. If I didn't already have 3 BMWs, I would've bought it already.

I saw the CL ad when it was first listed as well. Looks like a good deal, and cheaper than I would expect if the only negatives are in fact the ones listed.
I'm probably missing something but was just wondering why a PO would do the build listed in the advert on an e36 325i sedan? Couldn't have been cheap with the parts list (esp the rebuilt head and cams) and 30k on the build suggests fairly recent. So steps towards building an e36 to close the gap with an e36 m3 when for the price could have bought an e36 m3? Or are the m3s in decent shape now unobtanium? Like I said, I'm probably missing something.
