    Hi all,

Long story short, I need to get a set of front brake calipers for my 1999 M3. I have rebuild kits but the pistons and bores are too far gone to rebuild. Anyone know the best place to get rebuilt ones or have good experiences with any particular brand? Not trying to spends hundreds on new oem calipers, Turner has rebuilt ones for about $50 each but I figured I'd ask. Thanks!

      50 sounds like a steal.

Check with a parts store, they are probably all sourced and rebuilt by the same company.

Just got mine through blunt tech. $86, send them core and get $40 back. They are rebuilt ones with new hardware by WBR

Turner's a reliable source.  I have no experience with their calipers but I would trust them.

Didn't realize Blunttech was in MN, its about the same cost as turner but I can get them sooner. I wish I could get Centric's but the soonest I could get them is late next week and I need my car back on the road as soon as possible.

              Thanks for the help!

I'm ordering everything I can from Blunttech from now on, their service is amazing.

I called about possibly getting the calipers delivered tomorrow, the guy (can't remember his name) told me to place the order and he will call me once he sees it, so that we can adjust the shipping and make sure I get it before the weekend. He called, shipping is good to go as the parts were in a nearby warehouse, and everything took place in a matter of half an hour!

yeah, he's awesome. he has no problem if you just drop him a line to his personal email and just ask him to price out parts. hard to come by that level of service these days.

Blunttech is where I order everything. He responded back to me the other night at 9:40pm regarding an order

I ordered late on the 15th, my parts showed up on the 17th. Can't beat his service either.

Metro Auto Parts has Centric calipers in stock for around $100 a side.  If you have a friend with a shop that you can order them from, they will be cheaper. They are located off Hwy 100 near Bluemound and the number is 414-259-4100.
