      No, those are probably neatly stacked and significantly weathered wood pallets. The tires of the car are most definitely frozen to a concrete wall.

              Wow, that's horrible.  That asking price is ridiculous too.  Why do people never explain in their ads why the car has a salvage or rebuilt title.  I feel like that's kind of important to know.

                          I regret not getting a "needs some love" car instead of a full blown project. It's always fun doing mods and still being able to enjoy the car at the end of the day.
