emissions... hoping for magic

So, im curious if anyone has any great ideas for passing emissions. My e46 m3 has no cats and an egr delete. Last time i tried it said it wasnt ready, and when it is... it throws codes intermittently. Wondering if anyone has some bright ideas. I dont drive the car on the streets a lot, but like the option.

Any relatives outside the two counties in the state that test?

You don't need to know anyone outside of your county to register the car as being kept in that county.

I got out of emissions by calling the DMV and telling them my car is being used in a county that doesn't do emissions. its still registered to my address in Waukesha, but I just told them that my car is being used in Jefferson county. took me 5 minutes and they didn't ask me one question other than "what county?' its amazing on how easy it really is. I was prepared with an awesome excuse, with an address and my buddy was ready to tell the DMV that he was using my car and all they said was "ok its changed. have a good day."

I did this with a previous car I had. Only problem is when you get pulled over and the cop asks about it. My excuse was always "visiting parents".
