New guy in Madison

Hey dudes,
I am a Bimmer enthusiast from the Madison area and am looking for my first e28 or e30. First time joining a Bimmer forum but a friend suggested that it may be better than constantly trolling CL!
I've posted a WTB topic already and check CL quite often - but would like to hear any tips from fellow members of where else to search.

Welcome! As is being said take your time and search like crazy. I made the mistake of jumping in on my first E30... one month later I was buying the "right" E30. haha.

+1 for spending the extra time and/or money up front to get a good one.
Also, using a site like searchtempest.com to search craigslist regionally will save you a lot of time and find things you might miss otherwise.
