Dang... I had all the rear bushings on my workbench last winter and could have measured everything.

Can you machine small and intricate features in aluminum with your cnc?

I should have a set of revshift poly bushings with me when I stop to pick up that engine block if you just want to take a few quick measurements of those.

        That would be awesome!

Absolutely! I should be able to machine anything...

But really you can come here and watch it get made! I have the keys to the place, and its empty after 430pm every day, and on the weekends, so there is lots of time to play around and make whatever you want.

Do you think you could machine a roundel out of aluminum?

I can see the curvature being a problem for a clean appearance, id say get one laser etched but i will let our resident machining expert answer.

Rowley, please pickup the white courtesy telephone

SEND ME IT! I can definitely engrave on curvature. This will be neat. Ill try it out nonetheless.

It would be cool If I could host a bunch of CAD files here so everyone can have parts made/make parts :) I have a pretty good database already, but its always growing!

This right here is an awesome idea! We have the software for a file library too :)

I agree and it would make for a great way to collaborate on designs.
