An Unknown Building

There is a small one level building that I frequently drive past. It is located in Mequon/Thiensville, WI. I always see several bmw's in the lot. Does anyone know anything about the building or recognized any of the cars?

east freistadt road at the intersection a little past Walgreens. It might be a house, but there's construction equipment off to the side and if I recall the building isn't finished or is getting remodeled from what it previously was.
