New "Best Answer" Feature

I had planned on turning this feature on ages ago but forgot about it, so.... introducing the best answer feature!

Basically this enables our threads to be like Yahoo Answers, which could give you the best answer or best worst answer. Knowing how things work around here it will probably be the later I figured this would be a great feature for those quick technical questions, but we'll see how it works out. If needed this could be implemented on any forum too.

Only the Original Poster and Mods can determine what the best answer is.

I think that this will definitely be beneficial! Unless you have gps trackers in your car and are trying to get rid of them....
