The red 507 above was actually driven by Elvis when he visited Germany in the late 50's. It was originally white but had been re-painted red. 

The figures I have seen mention that only 253 507's were built.

Awesome! Never heard/seen videos of them. Has an old school Italian V8 noise to me, unlike any of the m6x motors. Can't wait to seeone of these in person at a concours show someday.

When I went to Munich I was able to see one in person at the BMW Museum, probably spent a good half an hour drooling over it....
