Yeah I do, its he wynton one. From everything I found it is the best eBay one. All clamps and flanges included, 7 psi spring in it.

So I mentioned my clutch issues before in this thread and today I got around to pulling the slave cylinder out. Found a few things.

Found out why my clutch was rattling...

        4781a2d7-659e-4b20-b79f-713664f571a7zps

circled in white you can see (very hard to get a picture in there) where the paint has been worn off of the pressure plate. My theory is that the slave was pushing much farther than needed and was pushing the clutch fork into the pressure plate. My lack of a clutch stop would cause this, which would explain how the clutch worked before.

My slave was also dripping and the shaft was super wobbly.

        IMG20140525204055737zps29c59330.jpg

So I will be getting a new slave and I really hope that my clutch fork isn't bent because that would involve removing my transmission...

Good find, is the slave cylinder the correct one for the trans/clutch combo?  If the parts are correct it shouldn't hit, even without a clutch stop right?

The slave is being warrantied, BluntTech is a great guy, and it is the correct one.

I am thinking that it has something to do with the clutch and being a non factory item. I may call up spec and see if this has ever been an issue.

Is it a single mass?  I thought all m/s50/52's had dual mass but I could be wrong, I know there are lots of different combos to convert to single mass.

Got megasquirt working again with the new harness and fuel system and could hear hissing near the fuel filter. Hardline decided it didn't want to stay intact. Cool.

Was a bit of a pain to get the whole line down but I got it and ordered a new one.

Slave cylinder came in and I installed that, bled it and tested it. On one of the first few pressed I heard the slave pushrod (loudly) shoot off to the side of the clutch fork. This is the second time this has happened. Cool. I will be dropping the trans tomorrow to see what the heck is going on in there. Not too thrilled to have to pull the trans, but it is what it is.

                      Updates tomorrow!

Strange, there must be something wrong for the slave to come off of the fork.  It is a pretty good divot that the tip sits in.

                            Looks good on paper.

Sucks about the transmission having to come out again. Can't wait for this thing to be on the road.

So a week or so ago I pulled the engine to figure out what was going on with the clutch, turned out that the TOB was in and rotated incorrectly. Simply spun it 90 degrees and everything was in good shape.

Got the engine back together and ready to go

Tip it a lot to get started

                                Kind of a shoehorn deal.

Got the front end mostly assembled, forgot what she looked like with a face!

The car has aftermarket tail lights that I was always impartial on, so I took some stock taillights and got the corners red and popped them in, I quite like it.

And last but not least, my important question! I am debating between running dual 2.5" exhaust tips or dual 3" tips. Let me know which one you like better!

                                      True!

Just ordered the 3" to dual 2.5" Y pipe, so 2.5" it will be! Which means I need to buy 2.5" stainless now...

I forgot to mention that every single exhaust piece is 304 stainless, and holy crap did that get expensive quick. I got 18' of 3" tube, so I probably got way too much considering my resonator is 25" but its better to give the guy more than not enough!

That last one took a bit, the oil drain line almost touches the manifold and I didn't want it to end up looking like crap so I wrapped each portion of the fittings individually, I think it turned out pretty decent.

                                      ...

Very nice, I like the 2.5" as well.  My e30 has a magnaflow with dual 3 inch tips and they seem kinda big.
